Dual the A9 & A96

In 2011, the Scottish Government promised that they would dual the full stretch of the A9 between Perth and Inverness by 2025. Eleven years later, only 11 miles of road has been dualled. That's one mile a year. 70 miles of this part of the A9 is still the same dangerous single-carriageway road.
