Highlands and Islands MSP Donald Cameron has said that the Scottish Government must provide clear travel guidance to residents of Argyll and Bute in the event of the Argyll islands being given a different Covid-19 tier designation to the adjacent mainland.
The First Minister today announced that the Highlands will move to tier one of the Covid-19 restrictions framework from 6am on Monday 2 November.
However, the First Minister also confirmed that additional restrictions on indoor household meetings will remain in place for the whole of Scotland.
